Baahubali crosses 200 crores in 2 days..!

Touted as the most expected movie of the year, the epic conclusion of the baahubali franchise released on Friday, 28^th of April. Exceeding expectations, the movie performed well at the boxoffice. The movie is said to have collected around 121 crore in its first day of hitting the screens. With this number, the movie has already broken the record of Aamir Khan starrer Dangal which took 3 days' time to mint 100 Crores at the box office.

 

Dangal is said to have reported a collection of 385 Crores in its lifetime becoming the highest grosser of all time. Trade analysts are speculating Baahubali to break this record very sooner with the theatres already running to full houses.

Baahubali the conclusion is the second part of the epic Baahubali franchise, the first part of which was released in 2015. The first part released to great expectations and was well received by the audience. The first part of the series ended with a cliff hanger of a question as to why Kattappa killed baahubali ?.

 

The second part provided an epic conclusion to the saga with a grand climax. The movie is released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam versions. The Hindi version of the movie garnered around 42 Crores on the first day and also raked in 40 crores on day two too. The first day collection from the southern regions amounted to 80 Crores in total including Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam versions.  The broken down data of the collection of versions from the southern language for the second day will be available soon

Movie update: Nayanthara in and as Vasuki

Ageless diva Nayanthara is major attraction in all films she works for. The starlet who created name for her by doing female centric films of late will enthrall Telugu spectators once again with a heroine oriented film titled "Vasuki" which is dubbed version of Malayalam sensational movie
"Puthiya Niyamam." SR Mohan is bankrolling the project under Sreeram Cinema Banner. Currently, post-production works are happening. Producers are planning to release first look posters, trailer and then movie.

Producer SR Mohan said, "Vasuki will become best film in Nayanthara's career. Each and every woman will connect to Nayan's character. At present dubbing and other post-production works are happening for the film which was a huge hit in Malayalam. We are soon going to launch first look and trailer in presence of prominent faces. We will wrap up all the works soon to release the movie in May. Gopi Sunder's music is going to be highlight of the film."

'Garuda Vega', the up-and-coming cop drama featuring the versatile Dr. Rajasekhar, is directed by Praveen Sattaru. A stylish comeback film of the angry actor, this is a high-voltage, sleek action thriller.

Days after the release of the
First Look, the makers are now set to shoot a special song on the voluptuous Sunny Leone. The sizzling number will be shot in an expensive set designed for the number, at Mumbai Film City.

To be choreographed by the famous Bollywood choreographer Vishnu Deva, who has earlier worked on such Telugu hits as 'Nuvvosthanante Nenoddhantana' and who is famous for such acclaimed numbers as 'Ram chahe..' from 'Ram Leela', the special song will have racy, signature dance moves that the choreographer is reputed for. And what is more, the producers are not stopping at anything to make it a lavish spectacle. They are splurging a bomb!
